Advanced Muay Thai

Advanced Muay Thai - classes are for existing students who have trained for awhile and want to develop their skills further. Participation in this class must be approved by the Head Trainer (Kim). Classes will include clinching and sparring, in addition to technical drills and fitness. Participants are expected to run before class commences. You must be training consistently at this level in order to compete.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN SHIN PADS, 16OZ GLOVES AND MOUTH GUARD.
